NEW APPOINTMENTS IN THE JUDICIAL SERVICE

Mr. Alex Berchie Poku-Acheampong, an astute Lawyer by profession, holds a Bachelor of Law Degree, a post graduate diploma in International Trade Law and Executive Masters in Business Administration Degree obtained from GIMPA.

Before his appointment, he was the Solicitor and Company Secretary of Aluworks Limited.

He brings to the job good management practices and best practices in corporate governance which will ensure efficiency in Judicial Service.

The Second Deputy Judicial Secretary, Mr. Samuel Boakye-Yiadom also a Lawyer, holds a Bachelor of Law Degree, BA (Hons), French and Spanish Degree and post graduate diploma in Public Administration from GIMPA.

He has extensive administrative experience in the Civil Service. Before his appointment, he was the Deputy Director, Policies and Standard Division, Office of the Head of Civil Service.

The appointments took effect from 2nd June 2008.
