PUBLIC NOTICE FOR ALL NOTARIES PUBLIC AND COMMISSIONERS FOR OATHS

 

The Judicial Service will soon commence the process of registering Notaries Public and Commissioners for Oaths across the country for the purpose of incorporating their work into the e-Justice system.

In this regard, all active and operating Notaries Public and Commissioners for Oaths nationwide are directed to provide the following information to the Registrar of the Court nearest to their area of operation, for onward transmission to the Director of Court Services at the Head Office in Accra.

  1. Full Name
  2. Postal/GPS Address
  3. Telephone Number(s)
  4. E-mail Address
  5. Copy of Notaries Public and Commissioners for Oaths Certificate

All Notaries Public and Commissioners for Oaths are to note that this reregistration exercise shall be the ONLY means of operating with a valid certificate issued by the Judicial Service, and therefore, MUST endeavour to comply with this directive. 

 

Deadline for submission of information:

Two (2) weeks from date of publication.
